When should I book my stargazing photoshoot? This When should I book my stargazing photoshoot? This is a commonly asked question and the answer is not simple. There are a many number of considerations for timing starry night photos - weather, moon phase, cloud formations etc. For this reason, dates need to be somewhat flexible to get the experience and photos you are wanting. The best time of the year is actually Winter! This is because in winter the stunning centre of the Milky Way is very visible and it also gets darker earlier. These may be some of the things that run through your mind if there is a possibility of rain on your wedding day. All right after having our first son in October 20 All right after having our first son in October 2020, I have found it pretty hard to find the time to post on social media. Now that we have two boys I have literally stopped posting anything... omg the last post is from 21/10/2021! I don't even remember how many weddings I have photographed since then (all right pretty easy to find out but that is not the point) My boys are getting bigger and I am even getting some sleep again.
